Soo...okay, let me start my first blog by being honest, 'winter weight' actually means 'past 18 months of becoming a slob in a comfortable relationship and eating copious amounts of junk food weight' with p.s. minimal to zero exercise!
So it would seem as good a time as any being a few months out from Summer, to begin to get my act together, stop binging on tasty delights and to start exercising and eating healthy...
...Because lets face it. NO ONE wants to be fat, I don't care what anyone says YES I can understand people want to be and are proud to be curvy but NO, noone wants to have belly rolls and jigglypuff thighs by choice, all females want to be desired its built into our daily satisfaction quota!
So this week, is the start to my crusade against the bludge, and I must admit I am feeling pretty determined 3 days in! haha.
So heres my plan...
Top priority - Daily exercise - coast walks, walking the bro' (we will get to him later he requires a blog all to himself) taking the stairs void the lifts - being generally less of a lazy C.
Next priority - Eating less shit. I'm never going to give up my Peanut M&M's but all things in moderation. Eat things that are GOING to be healthy i.e. if its grows from the ground and then you give it a little wash and can eat it, no processing nessecary, then chances are it won't add to your buldge and will help to influence the zip on your jeans to go up with ease in the morning.
Dont restrict yourself from the good fun foods. the key word is LESS. not none.
**Important!!** - Remember and remind yourself why you are torturing yourself with all this exercise and carrots - self satisfaction, self worth, the ability to look at yourself in bikini and think, fuck yeah I do okay!
p.s Find your motivation - my motivation is motivating others? I get satisfaction knowing that dragging poor Hayley along into the cold elements is ultimately helping her feel better about herself.
Good luck - I know im going to need it!!!
